Description
Set on Endura, a wondrous world full of mystery and magic, where its citizens—humans and Ruids, a docile humanoid species—have no propensity in their nature for hatred, malice, and wrath.
For centuries, life subsists in a perfect balance, until a human boy finds a mysterious, rectangular-shaped, metal object in the desert. An ancient evil begins seeping from Endura’s underbelly, bending to the will of a shadowy figure who wields power over darkness, and Endura is plunged into a doomed fate. The vulnerable races, unprepared for such wickedness, watch as death and chaos spread like a summer’s fire. Forced to intervene, the Seven Guardians devise an elaborate scheme and gift the races the Azura: a savior; a super-being, foretold to restore balance to the spirit world. But under the weight of evil’s influence, even divine plans can go astray. The Azura becomes a faceless enigma and fades, like the hope of the downtrodden races, into obscurity.
One last hope, hidden in the dying breath of an old sorcerer, thrusts a legacy upon three unwary outcasts: Doric, Will, and Korian. The boys are hurled into torture, isolation, and segregation, with only themselves and the spirit of love and hope to drive them.
Mysterious guides, Portals, an enchanted spear, epic battles, and betrayal await them as they embark on an epic quest for the ages, seeking to solve the mystery behind the Azura and the metal object—the truth, a double-edged sword: the key to salvation on one side, a path to ruin on the other. The boys must outwit the shadowy figure, learn the secret to the Azura’s power, and figure a way around their passive nature to mount a resistance, before there won’t be anything or anyone left to save.
