Description
God, Country and his Mama . . .
Rachel Thorpe has just moved into Eureka, Texas, to further her interior design career only to find that it isn’t the bustling city she’d pictured in her mind. Her first client happens to look like the town’s biggest redneck with the largest pocketbook she’s ever seen. The arrogant man swaggers into her plush office in dusty Wranglers and a T-shirt, looking like he owns the place. Designing a house is normally a breeze, but fending off her client’s advances turns out to be a lot more difficult.
Tyler Howe has struggled all his life, working two jobs and trying to provide for his mother. Just when he doesn’t think he has any farther to fall, fate intervenes when he buys a lottery ticket. He discovers that money isn’t the key to everything, it just brings about different problems. Learning several hard lessons, he begins to realize who his friends truly are and who he can depend on in this world. Taking one look at the woman he’s hired, Tyler is hooked like a fish on a line, just waiting to be reeled in.
Can it be that his luck had finally turned around, winning the jackpot—more than once!
